Inform. Educate. Advocate.
PCA exists to inform, educate and advocate on behalf of the chiropractor and the patient. We champion conservative care first as a proven strategy for safe, cost-effective health care for Pennsylvanians.
News that matters to your practice
Payer changes, regulatory updates and what they mean for you, sent only when they are timely and useful. We respect your inbox. Through the newsletter, the Spinal Chat podcast and the Insurance Help Desk.
Learning for your whole team
Affordable continuing education for doctors and their staff: at regional meetings, at the Northeast Chiro Summit and on demand, whenever you need it.
A voice at the Capitol
Our Political Action Committee and Legal Fund protect your license and fight for patient access to conservative care, in Harrisburg and wherever the profession is challenged.
If we don’t fight for your future, no one will.
Your license, your scope of practice, your reimbursement and your patients’ access to care are decided in Harrisburg. PCA is in the room for those decisions, and we’re winning.

Our largest conference in 15 years
The Northeast Chiro Summit drew its biggest crowd in a decade and a half.
See the 2027 Summit →Nearly a century strong. Member-run since 2010.
PCA has taken more than one form since 1928. The biggest came in 2010, when a group of member DCs rebuilt the association so the people it serves would run it.
- 1928
Where it starts
Pennsylvania chiropractors first organize to represent the profession. Through several forms since, that work becomes today’s PCA, the largest chiropractic association in the Commonwealth.
- 2010
Members take the wheel
A small, determined group of DCs reforms the association. Since then, every core function, from legislative and regulatory work to education, insurance and the annual convention, is led and overseen by member DCs.
- Today
Member-led, and winning
Practicing DCs still run every core function. The results show up in the House, in Pennsylvania practices and at the Summit.

As a 501(c)(6) professional association, PCA answers to its members. That starts with how we manage your dues.
