Participants will be shown current research on the adjustment and how it applies to clinical practice.  Over the years, many myths about the adjustment have been championed. Unfortunately, this has led to confusion and created a deficit in learning.  This session will address all of these myths and how to reconcile them.  Then there will be a break-down of the mechanics necessary to master adjusting.  This will include intra-abdominal pressure as it relates to thrusting.
