Executive Director
As the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association , Mike Barba leads the organization with a focus on advocacy, innovation, and member engagement. With a commitment to advancing the chiropractic profession, Mike oversees strategic initiatives empowering practitioners, protecting the industry, and enhancing patient care access across Pennsylvania.
Dedicated to supporting members, Mike has strengthened PCA, Insurance Help Desk, expanded continuing education opportunities, and introduced the Concierge Service to streamline membership benefits. Mike ensures that the PCA remains at the forefront of advocacy and professional development by fostering collaboration through 25+ working groups and engaging with stakeholders statewide.
With a vision for sustainability and growth, Mike is committed to building a stronger chiropractic community and shaping a future of excellence for Pennsylvania practitioners.

Linda Hoffman
Convention & Education Manager
Linda Hoffman serves as the Convention & Continuing Education Manager for the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, bringing her dedication, tenacity, and heart for exceptional customer service to every aspect of her role. With a focus on delivering outstanding experiences for members, Linda oversees the planning and execution of the Northeast Chiro Summit, ensuring it remains a premier event for professional development and networking.
Linda manages the PCA’s extensive continuing education programs, offering both live and virtual courses designed to meet the diverse needs of our professionals. She also plays a key role in developing and producing the PCA monthly newsletter, delivering timely and valuable updates to members. Additionally, Linda supports the management of PCA strategic business partnerships, fostering collaborations that benefit the chiropractic community.
A dedicated and hardworking teammate, Linda’s commitment to excellence ensures that PCA members receive the resources, education, and support they need to thrive in their practices. Her passion for enhancing member experiences and advancing the chiropractic profession makes her an integral part of the PCA team.

Linda Smelser
Operations and Membership Coordinator
Linda Smelser serves as the Operations and Membership Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, where she brings over a decade of experience and unwavering commitment to the organization’s success. In her role, Linda oversees the daily operations of the PCA, managing accounting processes, membership services, and audits with precision and care.
Linda’s responsibilities include supervising the customer service and administrative teams ensuring that PCA members receive the highest support and professionalism. Her dedication to excellence and ability to streamline operations have been instrumental in maintaining the PCA’s reputation for outstanding service and efficiency.
With a proven track record of commitment to the chiropractic community, Linda’s focus on operational excellence and member satisfaction plays a vital role in supporting the PCA mission to empower and serve chiropractic professionals across Pennsylvania.

Ellie Hoffman
Project Administrator
Ellie Hoffman has been a valued member of the PCA team since the 2024 Northeast Chiro Summit, where she first contributed her skills behind the scenes and behind the lens. She returned for the 2025 Summit with the same dedication, helping ensure operations ran smoothly and that key moments were captured with care.
While pursuing her degree in Elementary Education at Bloomsburg University, she continues to serve PCA remotely, managing social media channels and producing creative graphic design that enhances communication and outreach. During breaks from class and the summer months, Ellie takes charge by assisting members, supporting day-to-day operations, and spearheading PCA’s membership recruitment campaigns.
A true team player, Ellie brings initiative, creativity, and reliability to every project she undertakes. As the daughter of Linda Hoffman, PCA’s Manager of Events & Education, she has grown up immersed in the PCA community and is proud to contribute to its mission and future.

Tim Faircloth, Jr.
Legislative Liaison
As PCA’s Legislative Liaison, Tim draws on extensive public service to advocate for chiropractic care, bringing a strong grasp of legislative processes and stakeholder engagement with a career spanning local, state, and federal government roles across three states and the District of Columbia.
Tim combines legislative expertise with strong communication and relationship-building skills, developed through years of work with officials and community leaders. At PCA, he analyzes proposals, shapes policy positions, and engages policymakers to build bipartisan support and partnerships that advance the chiropractic profession.
Tim brings a proven ability to craft compelling messages across diverse audiences, strengthening PCA’s advocacy and Political Action Committee efforts. His work reflects a commitment to ethical representation, transparency, and advancing a healthcare system that integrates chiropractic care.
